The Attorney-General, Mr M’Tiernan, subsequently introduced a Bill in tho Assembly to prevent undue profit taking, and repealing the Commodities Control Act. MCrHERHOOD SUBSIDY. Cabinet agreed to a proposal by Mr J. J. M’Girr, Minister of Health, that tho motherhood subsidy should be six shillings for each child, provided the lather's income, with tho subsidy, does Jiot exceed a year. I REDUCING THE NAVY. .
