FIRE.
■ 1 OUTBREAK IN BEALBY AVENUE. 1 ( iro broke out in an unoccupied fire-roomed dwelling at No. 209, Bealey Avenue, early yesterday morning, find caused considerable damage to the rear portion of the house before the llames wore subdued by the City Fire Brigade. The kitchen was practically gutted, and tho room adjoining .suffered irom the boat and .smoke. The house, which is insured for £l2O in the South British Office, belongs to tho Charles Mardon estate, which is in tho bands of the Public Trustee v ■■
