BAKERS ON STRIKE.
SYDNEY MASTERS KEEP SUPPLY GOING. SYDNEY, September 23. Die master bakers announce that the bread supply is now normal, and there is no fear of a shortage. The associstthm maintains the attitude that the men must resume work before their claims are discussed. The operatives are marking time, awaiting the result of the pastrycooks ;uid bread carters’ ballot. The Government has decided not to re-employ me inters of the State Bakery if they cairn- out their proposal to strike.
