TO-DAY’S SITTING. Cll RISTCH U RCH. Mr S. I‘j. M'Car thy, S.M..’ presided at the Magistrate’s Court to-duy, DRUNKENNESS. A first offender for drunkenness was fined os, in default twenty-four hours’ imprisonment. A first offender, who had been given medical treatment, was fined 10s, in default twenty-four hours’ imprisonment. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. R. J. Paul (Mr Otley) proceeded against H. Bowen (Mr Smithson) for the payment of a debt of £l4 17s Gci, After hearing evidence the Magistrate refused to make an order.
