ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN. [From Our Correspondent.] • DUNEDIN, Slay 13. Keen interest is being displayed in the election of chairman of the Harbour Board, which takes plaoe this afternoon. The candidates are Slessrs Loudon, Bullock and Sloller. The first-named will go out on the first ballot, but the final is expected to furnish a close result. I anticipate Sir Sloller's return. 1
