A message from Ottawa says that Captain Rolleston, who was recently in Sydney, has arrived at Vancouver. He states that ho thinks the Australians are needlessly alarmed regarding the Japanese menace. There is no likelihood of the friendly relations between Britain and Japan being terminated for many years, and therefore Australians are safe.
