WELLINGTON, July 25. The Wellington branch of the New Zealand Educational Institute has passed a resolution, congratulating the Premier on the introduction of the Teachers' Superannuation Bill. It considers the provision for new entrants and present teachers under thirty to b&very satisfactory, but it regrets that a more liberal acknowledgment is not made for past service, and that women teachers are not allowed the option of retiring at Sf%.
