CORRESPONDENCE.

THE CHMSTCHURCH LABOUR BUREAU. TO THE EDITOR.

Sir, — One of our city members brought up in the House, the other week, the question of the unemployed in one of the southern cities. I think that he would be keeping more to the question if he looked after his own constituents. This morning, eighteen men made application for work at the Government office. They were almost told — well, I won't express myfelf . But I think the sooner our senior member attends to the unemployed question in Christchurch the sooner will he get the votes of a number of unemployed. — I am, etc., .. ONE OF THE UNEMPLOYED.

Ghristchurch, July 25,
