Mr Tzard, solicitor, of Greytown, was catching young fowl, When an old rooster 4«w -\t him, and spurred both sides of his knee. The limb, 'became stiff and painful, and on examination, the doctor ordered Mr Izard home for treatment for blood poisoning. WELLINGTON, . November 2. George Fleet, aged fifty-seven, Lower Hutt, was killed yesterday afternoon by a loaled dray passing over him.
