In the appeal case, Williams v. the Conl^ missioner of Stamps, -affecting duty payable on four groups of transactions between the members of the Williams family, the Court gave judgment that in ail the case's the conveyances purporting to be on sale were in part conveyances for value and in part deeds of gift, and that duty was payable on so much' of the transactions as were true dfiods of gift. The 'Commissioner must refund the dirty paid on that part which ■n-as a true conveyance for value. Costs were awarded- to the appellant on the | highest scarle as on a single appeal.
