An artisan's wife in Foggia, Italy, Sifnoni Rosa Zurlo. has jriveil birth t o four male children, all in excellent health, and the syndic or mayor has decreed that the day of their baptism will be kept as m public holiday. He has further arranged with the parents that the babies will be christened Dante, Petrarca, Tasso, and Ariosto. Lai'ge crowds daily flock to see the children, who are differentiated . by variously-coloured ribands attached to their necks.
