0THE FEDERAL MATCH. [Psb Pbess Association.! AUCKLAND, Sept. 15. There is considerable dissatisfaction in Auckland shooting circles at the selection of the local representatives in the New Zealand rifle team for New South Wales, more particularly with regard to the renroval of Spinley from a place in the team to a position as emergency, and the substitution of Webster, and the fact that Cox has not been mentioned. Both men have for years past done better shooting than Webster. Spihley's scores, in cases in which he has competed with Webster, have been far higher than those of the latter for the past seven years, while Cox has, fdr over four years, shown a better record.
