ST SAVIOUR'S GUILD.
The annual:meeting of the St Saviour's Guild was held last evening, when Bishop Julius presided. The annual report stated that lister Frances asked to be relieved of the supervision of St Mary's Home after the end of the year. Sister Frances had been connected with tho home ever since its foundation in 1886, and it was stated that Sister Marion had undertaken the duty until some definite arrangement could be made. The council reported that matters in connection with, the new homo -were well advanced, and that about J. 1200 would be available for the purpose. Financially, as regarded the maintenance of the Institutions, the year had been successful, and after writing off a fair amount from the Guild's property for depreciation, there remained a balance in favour of assets of .3249 5s 9d, as against J2242 7s lOd at the end of last year. There had been sixteen admissions in St Mary's Home during-the year, and fifteen had left; and twenty in the Refuge, the same number leaving. The balance-sheet showed the receipts 'to be .£1192 Os 4d, and the expenditure .£1159 3s 2d, leaving a credit balance at the bank of .£32 17s 2d. The report and balance-sheet were adopted. The following officers were elected on the Council: — Sisters Edith and Frances, Mesdames Cunnington, Godfrey, Blakiston and Dunkley, Miss Maude, Canon Knowles, Revs R. J. Thorpe and W. Dunkley. Mr A. F. N. Blakiston was reappointed secretary acd treasurer. The meeting was closed with the Benediction.
