ALBION FOOTBALL CLUB.

The annual meeting of the Albion Football Club was held last evening at the Clarendon Hotel. Mr T. French, vicepresident, occupied tho chair, and there was a large attendance of members. The committee's report, stated that there were now seventy-five members on the roll, and congratulated the various teams on the success attained by them. Reference was made to the death of Mr Ernest Henwood, one of the most promising junior members. The balance-sheet showed a credit balance of £2 7a 9d, assets £7, liabilities nil. The report* and balance-sheet were adopted. The election of officers resulted as follows : — Patron, Mr T. S. Foster j president, Dr Moorhouse ; vice-presidents, Rev A. W. Averill, Messrs C. Lewis, J. C. Cusack, T. Langley, L. T. Watkins, .W. M'Clea, J. Lawrence, Woolls, M. Thomas, Crawshaw, C. Rolland, P. Burke and T. French; club captain, Mr T. French; honorary secretary, Mr C. D. Butler; assistant secretary, Mr T. Crawshaw; honorary treasurer, Mr W. Treloar; committee, Messrs W. Archibald, G. Petrie, T. Greig, S. Simpson and W. R. Ledsham; selection committee, Messrs T. French, W. Treloar, G. M'Kenzie, J. Archibald and C. D. Butler ; delegates to the Canterbury Rugby Union, Messrs' W. Sinies, G. Petrie, W. Treloar and J. Long. Several new members were elected. The Chairman, on behalf of the club, presented, Mr J. Archibald with a set of carvers in honor of his recent marriage. Mr Archibald briefly acknowledged the gift. Votes of thanks to the Chairman and retiring officers ended the meeting.
