Entertainment.— St Luke's Schoolroom was packed last evening, when an operetta entitled Life at Sea was given by boys belonging to St Luke's choir. The performance wa3 a novel one, and was well, received by .the large audience. . Baptist Church. — Last evening the choir of the Oxford Terrace Baptist Church performed • Shields' oratorio, The Captives «f Babylon, under the conductorship of Mr H. Corrick. The solos were taken by Miss Dowle, Miss Fuller, Miss M. Fuller, Miss J. Clark, Miss'M. Voller* Miss M. Vf_ard and Messrs Lane, Tucker, Hunter aiid drivers. During an interval the Eev J. J. Doke, on behalf-of '.theechoir and congregation, expressed the regret they felt at the 'loss they were about to sustain by the removal from Christchnroh ■ji Mr H.
