UNIVERSITY SENATE.
[Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, March 2. At the University Senate this morning, the Finance Committee was asked to consider whether it is" expedient to increase the fee 3 for degree examinations and to reduce or abolish the fees for diplomas. The report of the Finance Committee and the report of the committee on applications for ad . eundon degrees were ordered to bo considered next day.
