A WORKSHOP SCHOOL.

Paraparaumu, a village not far from Wellington, will be en fite on Saturday, Feb., 29. On that date there will be opened what is believed to be the first workshop in connection with a primary school in the colony. The building has been subscribed for by local residents and others interested in the welfare of Paraparaumu. It is 30ft by 17ft, with a 10ft stud, and has attached to it a smaller shed 17ft by 7ft. The opening ceremony will take the form of a luncheon, for which invitations have been issued to the Ministers of Education and Lands, the. Chairman and members of the Education Board and others.
