A match was played at SydenhamJPark on Saturday between the Phcenix Cricket Club and the St Michael's Club, and re?suited in a win for the former by 7 runs. For the winners Salisbury 9, Smith 15 and Lancaster 8 were the best, and for the losers Sykes 13 and Orme 10.
At a meeting of the Junior Cup Committee held on Saturday evening the grounds for the next round of President's Cup matches were arranged as follow: — College No. 2 v. High School, at College ; College No. 1 v. United No. 2, at College ; Lancaster Park No. 1 v. Midland No. 1, at Lancaster Park ; United. No. Iv. Lancaster Park No. 2, at Lancaster Park; St Albans v. Sydenham, at St Albans.
