INSPECTION OF MILK.
A number of samples of milk have been taken from purveyors' carts lately by Mr Massey, city inspector, for the purpose of being tested as to quality. It has been found necessary to issue notices cautioning some persons us to inferior quality or apparent adulteration. It may be stated, however, that many samples showed excellent quality.
