DRAINAGE OF DUNEDIN.

The awards of Messrs C. Napier-Bell, E. Cuthberfc and R. Hay, in connection with the competitive echemea for the drainage and sewerage of Dunedin, were announced last night. The fiist prize was awarded to Mr J. B. Henßon, Newcastle, New South Wales, the second prize to Mr Henry H. Metcalf, Auckland, and the third prize to Mr J. Halladay, Melbourne. The Board strongly recommended the separate system, and estimated that the total cost of the scheme for Dnnedin would not exceed £100,000.
