. ♦ DECISION OF THE APPEAL COURT. jTPsb Pbbbs Association.]] WELLINGTON, Jult 29. When the Appeal Court resumed in the Dean C9se, the Bench said it was unnecessary to oall on Mr Macdonald to reply. The Judges were unanimous that there was no case to answer, and would give their reasons in writing on Wednesday.
