Since the close of last sales greasy and washed super merino, and washed medium and inferior merino are to Id per lb lower; greasy medium and inferior merino are par to per lb higher ; scoured medium and inferior merino and greasy medium cross-bred are |d to Id per lb higher. Fine greasy, fino and medium washed, and fine and medium scored crossbred are per lb higher. Coarse greasy, washed and scoured crossbred are |d per lb higher. Other descriptions are unchanged. There is no American demand. The total quantity sold during the past sales is 184,000 bales of which 80,000 bales have been taken for export, and it is estimated that 35,000 bales have been held over for future disposal.
