A COMPANY'S EXPERIENCE. [Per Pbkbb Association.! DUNEDIN, June 13. At the annual meeting of the Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Company, the report, declaring a dividend of 124 per cent, and a bonus of 2$ per cent, was carried. The Chairman said the property and money under control were valued for Land and Income tax at £419,687, in addition to which they had the manage- - ment of money and property ef clients who made their own returns, On the introduction of the Land and Income tax, fears were expressed that money would be withdrawn from the Colony, bat sctcb had not been their experience, and in no case had it caused the withdrawal of any property or money under the control of the Company. The Hon W. H. Reynolds and Mr Walter Hislop were re-elected Directors.
