In the Divorce Court to-day, in the ease of O'Shea v. O'Shea and Parnell, a domestic servant, formerly in the employ o£ Captain O'Shea at Brighton, gave evidence to tho effect that Mr Parnell visited Mrs O'Shea under an assumed name, and that, on one occasion, he made his escape by a window owing to the unexpected arrival of Captain O'Shea. The Jury found Parnell guilty of adultery with Mrs O'Shea, and a decree nisi was granted.
