At a meeting of delegates of northern, western, and southern miners, it was decided that the latter were locked out, and they recommended working miners to pay 5 per cent of their wages for their support. JMEIiBOTJJTBJNJS, Nov. 18.Labour Colonies. The Intercolonial Charities Conference has concluded. A motion was carried recommending the establishment of labour colonies on a similar plan to those established by Germany.
