MEETING IN MEXICO. NEW ZEALAND REPRESENTED. OFFICER RETURNS TO REPORT. [By Telegraph.—Press Association]. AUCKLAND, Sept. 30. Mr. A. G. Harper, ofiicer in charge of local government in the Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, returned by the Mariposa to-day after an official visit to Mexico and the United States.

Mr. Harper represented the New Zealand Government at tho International Town Planning and Housing Congress at Mexico City. Afterwards he investigated the local government problems of America. He will furnish a report to the Government.
