New Magistrate.
MR. W. H. FREEMAN
SOUTHLAND DISTRICT.
(By Telegrapn —Press Association). WELLINGTON, April 3.
The Government has appointed Mr. William Henry Freeman, barrister and solicitor, of New Plymouth, to fill the vacancy in the Magisterial Bench created by the retirement last year of Mr. A. M. Mowlem at Napier. Mr. Freeman will take charge of the Southland magisterial district, with headquarters at Invercargill.
