Armistice Day.

METHODIST CHURCH FUNCTIONS. In . commemoration of Armistice Day, special musical services have been arranged at the Methodist Church for Sunday. At the morning service the two minutes’ silence will be observed, followed by the chorus by the choir, “Glorious is Thy Name,” from Mozart’s 12th. Mass. At the evening service suitable renditions from Mendelssohn’s “Elijah” will be given. The choruses chosen are: “Be not Afraid,” “He is Watching over Israel,” “Behold God the Lord Passeth By,” solos, “O, Rest in the Lord” (Mrs. W. Marshall), “If With All Your Hearts” (Mr. A. McLeary), “Lord God of Abraham” (Mr. R.. Twentyman, junr.), and quartette, “Cast Thy Burden” (Miss K. Rowe, Mrs. W, Marshall, and Messrs. McLeary and Williams).
