SENTINEL RAIL CAR.
CATTLE ON LINE
The 3.15 a.m. Thames-Frankton Sentinel steam rail car crashed into two cows sleeping on the line near Wharepoa about 3.40 o'clock yesterday morning'.
Both animals were killed. The car, after a delay, was able to complete the journey to Frankton.
