STEAMER BURNT.
PASSENGERS TRANSFERRED. (A. and N.Z. Cable). SYDNEY, Aug. 21. Various reports indicate that the Changsha’s passengers will be transhipped to-day either to the Ganges Maru or the Victoria. The meat cargo in number one hold has been destroyed by water. It is stated that £IO,OOO was spent on repairs to the Changsha during her last visit to Sydney.
