FURTHER CONSIDERATION. (A. and N.Z. Cable). BERLIN, Aug. 20. 'President Stresemann complains that actions such as the closing of the frontier have made it very difficult for the nation to follow the Government in a" quietening policy. He" hoped the Allies, especially France/ would consider whether it would be profitable again to act contrary - to the laws of justice and sense.
