f MAN KILLED AT! DUNEIDOKN. (Per United Press Association.) DUNiEDIN, April 9. Win. Nesbitt, aged 45 1, married, residing at Anderson Road, Kaikorai, j was returning home by the 9.30 cur from the Octagon and travelled' to High Street., where the electric c-sr to Maori Hall intersecta He walked, on the left hand side of the track as jfar as the spot where a fatality hnp--1 pened. Hb evidently stood on the edge j of the kerbinlg and lurched! inward as ' the car approached; He struck the front portion, missing the life-guard, and fell under the car , the whe^s passing over both legs. The lower portion of his body was dreadfully injured amd death was instantaneous. The motorman says no one saw deceased till in front of the car, and ho was unable to pull up. '
