Hbnry John Wells, Thomas Henry (Lett, andi Robert Richardson wel© j charged at the Police Court with, having assaulted Constable Mills in Grey Street at 1 o'clock this morning. | Xt is stated tihat the constable was kicked over the heart and much, knocked albout. He is in the hospital too ill to appear. The full extent oi his injuries are not yet ascertained. Accused were remandied until Apr-i Hth. ________
