The following additional business was transacted at the Warden's Court yesterday : The Waihui G.M. Co. applied for. permission to amalgamate the Maoriland, Maori Daisy, Last Chance, and Kapai special" quartz chums, the whole to be called Waihui. —Granted. The New Whau Co.'s application to work with four men for four months was granted. K. S. Martin made application to work the Gloucester special quart a claim with two men for six months. —Permission granted to wok with 2 men for five months. Puru Consolidated G.M. Co. made application to work,the Ruskc.ll and Russell Extended with two men for six months. —Granted. Tairua Broken Hills No., I ", and 15 claims requested permisM.'on to work with two men for three months. —Granted. APPLICATION FOR CLAIMS. J. C. Williams application for a special quartz claim, called Kopu Extended, was granted. P. Macfarlane, Chehnsford Reefs. —Adjourned. F. E. White, Verona special qv.nitz claim.—To be consented to by the Minister of Mines. It. Baker,' Empire special qiartz claim.—To be consented to by the Minister of Mines. 'Jus. Jackson, application for a machine site, Pakuarahi, Noavosvjlle. .Adjourned. .1. Jackson, water race, Nuiivesville.—Adjourned. Chelmsf'ord G.M. Co., application for machine site, Neavesville. —Adjourned. D. Harris, application for it resident site, Whangamata.—Withdrawn. R. Ross, application for a resident site, Whangamata.—Withdrawn.
