Sydney, Last night,
The final ballot of the Newcastle miners gare 621 for, and 3352 against a redaction in -the hewing rates. The Delegates' Board have decided that in colieriea where a redaction has been made, 14 days' notice should be given, dating from the 25th of the present month, of the intention of the minors to ocase work The; Secretary of the Miners' Association has been dismissed for advocating sticking to what is known as "general agree ments."
