In an Appeal case from the Native Lands Court, Gisborne, the appeal was allowed with costs. The Court adjourned until this afternoon, when probably other judgments will be given. The Totalisator. In the Appeal Court, in the Totalisator case Francks v. Steads and others, judgment went for defendants with costs. The Court held that the machine of the defendants, while similar to the plaintiffs' in some respects, was not an infringement of his patent.
