HOSPITAL COMMITTEE.

(To th« Editor of the Evening Star.)

Sir,—Allow me through your columns to contradict that part of the Advertiser's report of the Hospital inquiry a3 published this morning where it is stated "that the whole of the sub-committee remained to prosecute tho investigation." Let me inform your readers that the subcommittee did nothing of the kind. But the statement is quite in keeping with the course pursued by the Advertiser since the commencement of the investigation to put everything in the wrong light before the public in order to justify their onesided conduct. Surely the Advertiser will leßrn a lesson from last night's proceedings. %

I am &c.

Observer.
