PERSONAL Mrs A. Milne has returned to Christchurch. Mr and Mrs B. Trumper are visiting Invercargill. RED CROSS At the monthly meeting of the Red Cross sub-branch, Mrs B. A competition for a baby’s knitted set was won by Mrs W. Rennie, with Mrs McClelland 2. a quantity of wool was distributed to members. Eight children's garments were handed in for the Plunket depot. EUCHRE SOCIAL At the fortnightly euchre social, organised by the Library Committee, the prize winners were as follows: Women; Mrs McClelland 1, Miss E. Blissett 2, Mrs B. Trumper 3. Men: Mr B.
