SUGGESTED INCREASE IN TERRITORIALS United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 29, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, March 29. Asked to consider an increase in establishment of the Territorial Army to 2,000,000, the Secretary for War (Mr Hore Belisha) pointed out in reply to a question in the House of Commons that the organisational difficulties of such a sudden great increase, but added the Government had certain proposals under examination.
