United Frees Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received September 9, 9.5 p.m.) BERLIN, September 8. The Nazi medical chief (Dr. Wagner) announces that Herr Hitler has created a decoration for prolific mothers. 171636 will be awarded yearly on the birthday of Herr Hitler’s mother,'on August 12. The decoration will be iron for mothers of four, silver for six, gold for eight. Dr. Wagner said that the prolific mother was in the same place of honour in Germany as the front line soldier.
