CONFIDENCE IN PRIME MINISTER United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright BRUSSELS, September B.‘ The Chamber of Deputies passed a vote of confidence in the Prime Minister, Dr. Paul van Zeeland, by 130 to 34. The Chamber of Deputies held an extraordinary session to hear the selfdefence of the Prime Minister, against the allegations of the Rexlsts and Flemish Nationalists about his relations with the National Bank. Dr. van Zeeland denied that he received a salary as vice-governor of the bank simultaneously with his salary as Prime Minister, and he declared that by his resignation from the bank on joining the Government he sacrificed £12,000.
