The Madison Square Garden authorities announced that they will charge James Braddock, world heavyweight champion, with an anticipatory breach of his contract and they will seek a Federal Court injunction to force him to meet Max Schmeling on June 3. Because of the impending suit Schmeling has postponed his exhibition tour.
