A Perpignan message says that the Greek tanker Loukia, carrying 3000 tons of oil, struck a mine almost at the same spot as the Llandovery Castle was damaged. The contact caused a terrific explosion. The petrol caught fire and the vessel sank. It is reported that twenty-three are dead. There is one survivor
