STRONGER DEMAND IN SYDNEY United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received September 23, 9.45 p.m.) SYDNEY, September 23. At the wool sales 11,576 bales were offered and 9762 sold, including 1429 privately. There was stronger mand for all better descriptions of fleece and skirtings, while prices for average and faulty sorts showed some recovery. Greasy merino made 211 d.
