ELECTION TIE
NOVEL METHOD OF DECISION United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received September 24, 1 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, September 23. A novel method was used to decide the tie at the Parliamentary elections. The names of the two parties were placed in a ballot box, from which the Chief Magistrate drew a card, giving the Socialist-Radical Coalition Government a majority c.’ one.
