LOAN FOR HOUSING
TEN MILLIONS REQUIRED IN LONDON British Official Wireless (Received September 23, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, September 22. The London County Council has sanctioned the issue of a loan of £10.000,000 for housing purposes. Only twice before—in 1928 and lest year—has the London County Council made issues of such an amount.
