LADIES’ GUILD

MUSICAL AFTERNOON A one-act play produced by Mrs T. G. Beck, and acted by Mesdames A. S. Mclnnes, D. Murray, and Misses R. Twomey, H. Harris, M. Hancox and L. Shiels, were the features of the St. Peter’s Ladies’ Guild musical and gift afternoon held in the Parish Hall yesterday. During the afternoon when many gifts of material and money were received, Mrs L. A. Barnes thanked everyone for the support they had given to the annual function. Miss Greenall (Timaru) gave tap and classic dances.
