BAKED POTATOES ' 6 medium sized potatoes, 1 oz ’ grated cheese, 1 oz butter, 1 ' tablespoon cream, 1 teaspoon 1 salt, 1 teaspoon chopped parsley. Scrub potatoes, prick with fork, ’ bake for about 40 minutes. When soft, remove and cut off top, ’ scoop out middle and mix with butter, cream, salt and pepper. ’ Refill potato case, sprinkle top . with grated cheese. Place in ■ oven till top is brown, sprinkle . with chopped parsley and servo ; at once.
