UNION AIRWAYS
REGISTRATION AS COMPANY By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, May 2. With £60,000 paid up out of a nominal capital of £IOO,OOO, Union Airways, Ltd., which was granted a license to operate an airline from Palmerston North to Dunedin by the Transport Co-ordination Board was registered as a company to-day. The share capital comprises 1000 shares of £IOO each. The Union Steamship Company has subscribed 592 shares.
