The Italian Press is indignant regarding the English allegations of unfair play at Highbury in the match in which the English team beat Italy by a margin of one goal. “English brains are clouded by English fog, so that any ray of light coming from abroad is a profanation,” says “L’lttoriale,” in reflecting the general opinion here. “England’s critics are endeavouring to delude the public to maintain the legend of invincibility.”
